Paranormal Cravings: Today we’re interviewing Evera Trakos from Nadiyah Abdul-Khaliq’s new urban fantasy, “Demons of the Guilded (The Demon Cleaner, #1)”.

 

PARANORMAL CRAVINGS:
First can you share your personal specs, what sort of shifter are you?

 

EVERA TRAKOS:
I am a “himmel,” a creature made almost entirely of energy. My body shifts from solid form to light, allowing me to become anyone or anything I choose.

 

PARANORMAL CRAVINGS:
You can change into anyone? Could you change into me?

 

EVERA TRAKOS:

I live in a world same as yours, a world mismanaged by humanity, fought for by the vampires, and largely ignored by the ankhil.

 

PARANORMAL CRAVINGS:
And the ankhil are…?

 

EVERA TRAKOS:
They are…a complicated species. A history of turmoil. Full of shifters and weres; you’d love them. Werewoles, cats, bats, insects, you name it.

 

PARANORMAL CRAVINGS:
Are there any in this installment of the series?

 

EVERA TRAKOS:
There’s one. But he’s not a were. He is something completely different.

 

PARANORMAL CRAVINGS:
Sounds ominous.

 

EVERA TRAKOS:
It’s not. He’s merely a different breed of ankhil.

 

PARANORMAL CRAVINGS:

EVERA TRAKOS:
