This is absolutely one of the most amazing books of 2013! Paranormal YA at it’s best.
It doesn’t matter of your an adult or Young Adult. You will love this one.
Becoming Alpha is a page turner and fast-paced that with a combination of amazing world-building and even better characters a real joy to read.
The main character Tessa is amazing and you will fall in love with her from the first page. With her strange “wolf” accident and St. Alibe’s school a fun book and definitely one you won’t be able to put down. A fun fact and one that has nothing to do with the book is the cover. Amazing as it is … at the end of the e-book you get rewarded with another cover but then from a other perspective. Tessa is there looking at you and you are staring at the back of the wolf. Just as you would be standing behind one of the trees. Fantastic cover artist. The second illustration of the cover at the end is a very welcome good bye gift for when you just have finished this fantastic book that is the beginning of a promising series.
The second installment Avoiding Alpha (Alpha Girl, #2) will be released May 13th 2014. And as you probably already guessed it. On my to read list. This book is definitely a 5 star + rating. I recommend this to all Paranormal Fans out there YA but certainly also enjoyable for the adults. If you have read it, please let me know what you think of it.
