Guest post: TO HELL AND BACK by Julianna Stone
For millennia the struggle between light and dark, between the upper and lower realms, has been policed by a secret group of warriors culled from every fabric of existence. They are both otherworld and human, male and female. They are light and dark themselves and known to each other as the League of Guardians. Their pledge, to protect the line between dominions and make sure neither side grows too powerful. If they fall, so shall the earth, the heavens and hell. And there will be no more.
This is the basis for my League of Guardians series, a world where not everything is as it seems. Evil comes in many forms and those who we think of as being good, are they really? Into this world, I wrote two companion novellas. WRONG SIDE OF HELL and the just released TO HELL AND BACK. Both of these books feature a hellhound, Logan Winters and the human woman he grows to love.
Logan Winters, an elite hellhound shifter, wants to forget his allegiance to the League and the pain he’s suffered because of it. But when he’s ordered to retrieve Kira Dove from purgatory and bring her back to life, he can’t refuse. Not only will her death affect the balance between the realms, she’s also linked to a past he can’t forget.

All Logan Winters wants is to be left alone with the woman he loves. But fate isn’t on his side and the demon Lilith isn’t to be trifled with. She wants to know the secrets he will never give up and he’ll do anything to make sure they stay hidden.
On the run, with a secret of her own to keep and protect, Kira Dove must do whatever it takes to survive. But Kira and Logan soon discover that the path to salvation is littered with treachery, and they’ll each have to journey to hell and back to make sure their love survives the oncoming storm…
I loved writhing this story. Logan and Kira are just meant to be together and you’ll see that they’re both willing to do whatever it takes to stay together, to live and to love. And that’s what makes a great love story isn’t it? It’s not just chemistry and sex or the need to mate. It’s what you will do for those that you love.
I have sacrificed going out and hanging out with friends when my kids have gotten sick. I have worked for co-workers/good friends when they have gotten sick or needed a day off. I am a self-less person. I am all about helping others.
Thanks for the giveaway.

Helping people when they need it
i will go out of my way to do ANYTHING within my powers and reason for my friends and family. i have some issues with my back since having surgery, and i always compromise the health of my back to do things for friends and family that i know i will pay for in pain for days following, but if they need me and/or my help, i will not say no if it is in my power to help them.
There was a moment I helped a friend of mine in a criminal and civil lawsuit. He was accused of battery and was arrested based on his ethnicity instead of the evidence. The person who accused had lied to the police. Since this was a small town, he was arrested. I stood by him because I knew he didn’t do it, the police messed up majorly on the evidence and the story of the accused didn’t click.
My friend was cleared all charges in court. However, it did ruined his chance of having a career in law enforcement because having an arrest record is forever. I also had to help to find a job that is fulfilling to him.
I gave up the only home Id ever known all my life I lived in the same county with so many cousins, aunts ,uncles and far off relations I could fill a book with names lol.I lived across the street from one gma 5 minutes from the other and 15 mins from my mom.I could go anywhere and see at least one relative or a family friend .My husband got an offer of a better paying job and of course I supported him because I love him and want whats best for him and our children for over 10 years now Ive lived halfway across the state .
