Lover At Last (Black Dagger Brotherhood #11) by J.R. Ward

So finally it was the gay couple from this series that deserved their books as J.R. Ward said it in one of the first pages of this new installment of the Black Dagger Brotherhood Series.

Not worth all the hassle and excitement people had built up during this long wait. I think most of the readers expected some hot man to man action, like we were used to when it was about the straight couples. But I think this went a little to far for the author or the publisher because the actual deed was not as graphic as described in the previous books.

But again J.R. Ward takes it a little further than before and she is still able to keep this long series entertaining for her readers. Where the side stories become a distraction in the previous books are all worked out to be full length thrilling books. Just like this one there is a noise in it, in the form of a side story that has actually nothing to do with Quin and Blay. And I actually skipped some pages. But the parts about Xcor you are forced to read, because there you will find the fine lines that will end up in the full length installment of the next Black Dagger Brotherhood Series. No#12.
