Series Spotlight: Katherine "Kitty" Katt Series by Gini Koch

When Gini asked me to review Alien Diplomacy I found out I never read a single book from this Series. That’s very strange because I Thought I just read about every Paranormal Series there is or at least one book of it. I didn’t want to jump right in the middle by starting with book 6 without a little history so I decided first to read Touched by an Alien (book no. 1 from the series). Well Thank you Gini my TBR – List of 113 books for this year is running way behind because of your Five books. Once I stated with Touched by an Alien I had to read them.

Touched by an Alien (#1)

How can a sexy marketing manager join forces with an Alpha Centauri male in Armani to save the planet-using hairspray, a Mont Blanc pen, and rock n’ roll?

Easy… She’s Touched by an Alien Marketing manager Katherine “Kitty” Katt steps into the middle of what appears to be a domestic dispute turned ugly. And it only gets uglier when the man turns into a winged monster, straight out of a grade-Z horror movie, and goes on a killing spree. Though Kitty should probably run away, she springs into action to take the monster down.

In the middle of the chaos a handsome hunk named Jeff Martini appears, sent by the “agency” to perform crowd control. He’s Kitty’s kind of guy, no matter what planet he’s from. And from now on, for Kitty, things are going to be sexy, dangerous, wild, and out of this world.

My Thoughts:
Love this book! Reminds me a litte of Ann mcguire’s Sirantha Jax Series…Before I knew it I was immediately immersed in the story! Touched by an Alien contains a lot of Humor, fast paced and full of action, I couldn’t stop before the end and I really want to read the next one as soon as possible. How is it that that i have missed this Series? Glad I started with the first book because a little background info is welcome.

Alien Tango( #2)

It’s been five months since marketing manager Katherine “Kitty” Katt started working with the aliens from Alpha Centauri, and she and Jeff Martini are getting closer. But when an experimental spacecraft is mysteriously returned to the Kennedy Space Center, Kitty and the rest of her team are called in to investigate. Now the team must survive murderous attacks, remove a space entity from a group of astronauts, and avoid an unhinged woman with a serious crush on Kitty’s high school boyfriend. And that’s all before evil masterminds decide Kitty’s extermination is vital.

My Thoughts:
Even better that the first book. I can’t believe it! In this book we finally meet Chuckie, Kitty best friend and also Jeff’s parents or all family in fact. Those situations are hilarious.
Some of the jokes really cracked me up! Of course there is plenty of action, mystery, and danger too 🙂 Cant wait for the next one!

Alien in the Family (#3)

Alien Proliferation (#4)

But the alien attacks are getting more dangerous, and now Kitty and her Alpha Centaurion husband, Jeff, have to find out who’s behind the conspiracy to kill Kitty’s secret agent mom and what caused Kitty’s transformation into a superhuman-and they’ve got to do it all before the baby shower…

Alien Diplomacy (#5)

Being newlyweds and new parents is challenging enough. But Jeff and Kitty Martini are also giving up their roles as super-being exterminators and Commanders in Centaurion Division while mastering the political landscape as the new heads of Centaurion’s Diplomatic Corps. Enter a shadowy assassination plot and a new set of anti-alien conspirators, and nothing will ever be the same.

My Thoughts:
After reading these five books it amazed me that every time Gini Koch delivers a fun and fast-paced action packed story by introducing new characters, doubts, sinister plots and sexy good looking aliens that keep you right on the edge of your seat! There’s almost never a dull moment in Alien Diplomacy about this Alien family, their company and the trouble that just keeps popping up!

“Welcome to My Super Secret Life, where people try to kill us on a regular basis, and we thwart bad-guy schemes for breakfast. We’re almost like a reality show, only without the alcohol and hot tubs.”

I wouldn’t advice to read this story if you haven’t read previous books of the Katherine “Kitty” Katt Series, it might be difficult for you to figure out who is who and what’s going happening now and why.

I love this series and will recommend it to everyone who is a big fan of paranormal/Urban Fantasy Romance! Again a new series to ad to my reading addiction. Can’t wait for Book #6 – Alien vs. Alien.
