Sin’s Dark Caress’ was not what I expected, in both a good and bad way. Tracey O’Hara sets a great world. The story is fast-paced, explosive with full force action and plot twists to give great entertainment, but i’ve mist the love thread i like so much.
Bianca Sin is a forensic witch and has seen almost everything until… homeless teenage girls are torn into pieces by dark magic in the cold shadows of the city. When she sees the blood symbol on the walls by the victims she nows its them: The Dark Brethren.Together with her (ex one-night stand) homicide detective Lancelot McManus and a Special Elite force led by Oberon DuPrie. She’s going to try to stop The Dark Brethren to open a portal.
To bad there to many open endings, They never solve the problem at the end and there’s no happy end for the love couple in this book. Just a kiss on her head? What does that mean?
I recommend to read these books in order because there are a lot of people in it without further explanations who they are.
Be prepared there is no romance in Sin’s Dark Caress, so if it is a must for you! Skip this one.
